Quality management

We consider quality control to be of paramount importance. Therefore we work according to fixed processes and use parts of the Certiked model. For instance, each project is carried out by a dedicated team, consisting of the researcher(s) and a senior project manager. Together they draft the project outline, methodologies, sources and timelines. Furthermore, we use the four eyes principle, meaning that at least two people are involved in the final product.

Knowledge management

We manage our knowledge by using internal documents, like research plans, project descriptions and a CMS. We are currently also testing a pilot version of our own WIKI. This ensures a homogenous and high level of quality on any project carried out by our teams. As a varied team we are educating eachother and, in this way, are continiously improving our skills and the quality of our products and services.

Interaction with you

The working method of our research is determined in consultation with you. You will regularly receive status reports and we are open to your feedback at any time.
